About the role We're seeking a Physical Therapist with a strong focus on sports performance, strength, and conditioning to treat our patients like the athletes they are. You'll be working with a diverse range of athletes involved in swimming, rugby, baseball, softball, and various other sports. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation and strength and conditioning programs, utilizing your expertise in biomechanics, injury rehabilitation, and exercise science. Responsibilities • Assess and evaluate sports-related injuries. • Develop personalized treatment plans, perform manual therapy, and provide education on injury prevention. • Collaborate with other professionals and implement return-to-play protocols. • Participate in community outreach and stay updated on sports medicine research.
