Job Applications and Resumes
When you apply for a job through PTMatch, we email your name, email address, and message to that employer. We also keep a record of each application (your name, email address, message, the job, and the date) to confirm delivery and to report application totals to employers. If you attach a resume, we store it in private storage and send the employer a download link that expires after 7 days. Employers who receive your application handle it under their own privacy practices. We delete stored resumes 12 months after upload. To ask us to delete a resume sooner, email privacy@ptmatch.io.
4. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to Know: Request information about personal information we collect, use, or disclose
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
- Right to Opt-Out: Opt-out of the sale of your personal information
