PTMatch Job Posting Policies
Effective: August 12, 2025
These policies apply to all employers who post jobs on PTMatch, including private practices, hospital systems, home health, SNF, travel agencies, and staffing firms. Covered roles include PT, PTA, OT/OTA, SLP, ATC, and front office or operations.
1) Pricing and Term (Founder Period)
- Founder rate: $49 per month per job posting, billed two months at a time.
- Listing duration: Each post runs 60 days from the go-live date.
- Grandfathering: We may end the Founder rate at any time. Employers who purchase during the Founder period keep the $49 per month per-post rate for 12 months from their first purchase.
- Verified Employer badge: Included at no cost during the Founder period. We may ask for proof of licensure or equivalent validation.
- No guarantees: PTMatch does not guarantee a number of views, applicants, interviews, or hires.
2) Fair Use
To protect job seeker experience and the integrity of the job listings on PTMatch:
- Distinct roles only: Each post must represent a materially distinct role and/or location.
- No Multiple Roles in one job posting: Job postings listing 3 locations and multiple openings are considered multiple roles and as such must be posted separately.
- No duplicates or near-duplicates: Do not submit the same role multiple times with trivial changes.
- One brand per account: Do not post the same job across multiple brand names to bypass limits.
- Truthful and complete: Titles, descriptions, pay ranges, and requirements must be accurate and lawful for the posting's jurisdiction.
- Prohibited content: No misleading claims, keyword stuffing, scraped content, spam, or external application flows that collect data deceptively.
- Enforcement: PTMatch may edit, pause, or remove posts that violate Fair Use and may suspend or terminate posting access for repeat violations.
3) Daily Posting Throttle
To keep the feed useful and fair, PTMatch limits posting pace:
- Daily cap: Up to 3 new postings per legal entity per calendar day (Pacific Time).
- What counts toward the cap:
- A new job post.
- A re-listing of a previously expired job.
- A close-and-repost intended to refresh visibility.
- What does not count:
- Normal edits to a currently live job that do not materially change the role or location. Send us those. We'll update them for you. Email Kathy @ PTMatch.io with your edits.
- Rotation: PTMatch may rotate on-site placements so that no single employer dominates top placements within a short window.
- Programmatic posting: Automated or scripted posting requires a written API agreement. Without one, it is prohibited.
4) Editing, Extensions, and Expiration
- Edits: You can edit a live post at any time. Material changes that convert a role into a different job or location should be posted as a new job. Email Kathy @ PTMatch.io with your edits.
- Extensions: Extend any job by purchasing another 60-day term at the current rate.
- Expiration: Jobs auto-expire at the end of the 60-day term if not extended.
5) Refunds, Cancellations, and Pauses
- Before go-live: You can cancel a purchased post before it goes live for a 90% refund.
- After go-live: No refunds once a post is live.
- Service pauses: PTMatch may pause a post for quality review or policy concerns. Paused time will be added back to the listing term if the post is reinstated.
6) Verification and Quality
- PTMatch may require business email domains, licensure numbers, or other evidence to confirm legitimacy.
- We may request edits to titles, pay transparency fields, location accuracy, or clinical scope for clarity and compliance.
7) Compliance is Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to pay transparency, EEO, ADA, and state or local posting requirements.
- If a listing appears non-compliant, PTMatch may request changes or remove the post.
8) Bundled Pricing
- Looking to prepay for multiple postings or locations? Bundled pricing is available by request.
- Contact us through the site's contact form or at Kathy @ PTMatch.io to discuss options.
9) Changes to Policies
We may update these policies at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of PTMatch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
10) Contact
Questions or appeals about a removed or throttled post: use the contact form on the site or email Kathy @ PTMatch.io. Please include your company name, job title, job URL, and a brief description of the issue.
