Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) | Proliance Sports Therapy and Rehab | Issaquah, WA | Full-Time At our supportive clinic in Issaquah, WA, we prioritize both patient care and clinician balance. You will enjoy 40-minute, one-on-one sessions with patients, no double-booking, and no nights or weekends. We use PT aides for support. We offer mentorship for new grads, excellent benefits, and ample paid time off. Our team treats a wide range of patients, from post-op athletes to total joint cases, and works closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs on pre- and post-operative rehab. What You'll Do: - Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision - Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy - Educate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment program - Provide high-quality patient care in line with APTA standards Requirements: - Physical Therapy Assistant license - Able to meet the physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending, and squatting (occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds) - Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented - Strong interpersonal skills: patience, composure, and cooperation with patients, physicians, and staff - Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management, and precautionary procedures, including confidentiality (HIPAA) Compensation: - $27.00 - $44.46 per hour (expected range).
