Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist | Agile Occupational Medicine | West Sacramento, CA | Full-Time Agile Occupational Medicine is hiring a Physical Therapist for its West Sacramento center. You will provide treatment programs that restore and improve your patients' physical function, designed around each patient's goals, to get them back to work and life with dignity and confidence. Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation: $105,000 - $125,000 per year, plus a $10,000 annual SPIF incentive opportunity paid quarterly. Exact pay may vary with skills, experience, and location. Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients and plan and carry out individualized, patient-centered treatment programs - Develop and update treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with physician collaboration or prescription - Educate patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care - Keep patients, case managers, referring physicians, and care teams informed so care is coordinated - Work closely with interdisciplinary teams - Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements - Provide all treatment under a valid prescription and within licensing and accrediting standards - Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements - Take part in continuing education, staff meetings, and quality improvement - Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to students as assigned - Keep a safe, organized work environment and support facility marketing or tours as needed Requirements: - Graduate or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Current California PT license (or license in progress) - Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software - Knowledge of physical therapy office systems and procedures - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Outpatient experience preferred.
