Physical Therapist

Upperline Health is seeking a collaborative and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our outpatient podiatry team. This role specializes in foot, ankle, and lower extremity rehabilitation, helping patients recover from injuries, surgery, and chronic conditions while improving mobility, strength, and overall function. Responsibilities Perform evaluations and assessments for foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions. Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and gait training. Support recovery from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, sports-related conditions, and chronic pain Collaborate closely with podiatrists and clinical staff to deliver integrated, patient-centered care Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, footwear, and long-term mobility strategies Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
