We're looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a high-end, cash-based private practice. We specialize in providing exceptional, one-on-one care to a general outpatient orthopedic population, with a strong focus on manual therapy and personalized treatment plans. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated therapist to thrive in a practice that values quality of care over volume. As a cash-based clinic, we are able to dedicate ample time to each patient, allowing for a truly impactful and tailored therapeutic experience. Beacon PT offers exceptional mentorship. We are deeply committed to the growth of our therapists. New hires will receive dedicated mentorship from experienced senior therapists to hone their clinical skills, particularly in manual therapy. Our cash-based model allows for longer treatment sessions (60 minutes) and a reduced patient load (7 or less clients per day), empowering you to provide the best possible care without the constraints of insurance-driven schedules. There is dedicated documentation time built in to your day. We provide a very generous budget for continuing education and encourage our team to stay at the forefront of the physical therapy field.
