Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist | Agile Occupational Medicine | Oxnard, CA | Full-Time Help injured workers get back to work and life with dignity and confidence. You'll design treatment programs around each patient's goals. Specialties: orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention. Schedule: flexible. Choose four 10-hour shifts per week, or three 10-hour shifts plus two 5-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday. No required nights, weekends, or holidays. Compensation: $105,000-$125,000 per year, plus a $10,000 annual incentive (SPIF) opportunity paid quarterly. Responsibilities: - Deliver patient-centered care through evaluation, planning, and individualized treatment programs - Develop and update treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, in collaboration with physicians - Educate patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care - Communicate with patients, case managers, referring physicians, and care teams - Complete timely, accurate documentation, and ensure all treatment is provided under a valid prescription - Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA requirements - Take part in continuing education, staff meetings, and quality improvement - Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to students as assigned Benefits: - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Annual CME stipend with paid CME time off - Employer-paid malpractice insurance - Paid time off and company-paid holidays Outpatient experience preferred.
