About the role: The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account each patient's special physical or age-related needs. The role requires skills in patient evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations, to help each patient reach maximum independence in line with their functional level and potential. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program - Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist license, and a license in any state where care is delivered - Upon hire: National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) - Some positions require specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a department need Pay: $49.65 - $77.08 per hour (base pay range). Placement in the range depends on relevant experience and other factors. Additional pay may be available, such as shift differentials, on-call, overtime, premiums, or bonuses.
