About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and motivational Physical Therapist to join a privately owned outpatient rehabilitation clinic specializing in neurologic and orthopedic recovery. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who values personalized care, professional growth, and a collaborative clinical environment. The practice is known for providing true one-on-one patient treatment sessions, allowing therapists to focus entirely on patient outcomes without productivity pressures or overlapping appointments. Key Responsibilities · Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans · Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic and neurologic conditions · Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions lasting approximately one hour per patient · Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs accordingly · Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation programs and home exercises · Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation · Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care · Participate in continuing education and clinical development opportunities Qualifications · Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program · Active Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Passion for patient-centered care Experience in outpatient orthopedics or neurologic rehabilitation preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
