Responsibilities: Evaluate and Treat 36-40 patient visits per week, one on one for a full hour each. Develop, update and progress treatment plans based on patient evaluations and current best evidence. Communicate and supervise a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the treatment of patients. Understand and appropriately bill for services following legal and insurance contract guidelines. Timely completion of all documentation Participate and contribute to monthly case conferences and skill enhancement activities. Maintain a neat, orderly and safe environment. Develop/contribute to patient and community outreach educational materials Provide feedback and suggestions for operations improvement, etc. to the management team as needed.     Job Requirements

    • Licensed Physical Therapist with strong patient care skills
    • Degree from an accredited PT program
    • In-depth knowledge of anatomy physiology and medical terminology
    • Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans
    • Familiarity with EMR systems and outpatient clinic operations
    • Background in orthopedics
    • Strong communication skills with patients and between collogues
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Lifelong learner
