Job Description
You Are:
• A physical therapist who wants to work in a small, relaxed, patient-first practice
• Easygoing, collaborative, and able to adapt when schedules or circumstances change
• Comfortable working with experienced PTAs and technicians while respecting each person's skills and scope
• Interested in professional independence and a potential path to ownership
• Licensed or license-eligible as a physical therapist in Texas
About Us:
We're a locally owned outpatient physical therapy practice serving the Lumberton community since 2013. Our small team values excellent care without unnecessary formality. The culture is laid-back, flexible, collaborative, and focused on doing what is best for each patient.
The practice treats patients of all ages and provides comprehensive rehabilitation services. Full-time clinicians typically see 12–14 visits per day and work alongside experienced PTAs and technicians. AI-assisted documentation keeps most notes to approximately one or two minutes.
What You'll Do
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Treat a broad outpatient caseload using exercise, manual therapy, balance and gait training, and other appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with experienced PTAs and technicians to keep care coordinated and patient-centered
• Adapt calmly to schedule changes and the normal curveballs of a busy outpatient clinic
• Complete timely documentation using the practice's AI-supported workflow
• Help shape the practice's future as the team grows

Job Requirements
