We're a locally owned, PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice that believes clinicians should have the time, support, and resources to become exceptional, not just productive. Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced PT ready to develop specialty skills, we'd love to meet you. Compensation: $47-$55 per hour, guaranteed hourly pay, plus up to a $7,500 signing bonus. Your pay is based on hours worked, not the number of patients on your schedule. Specialty programs include running and walking gait analysis, focused shockwave therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction training, custom foot orthoses, AlterG anti-gravity treadmill rehabilitation, biomechanical bike fitting, and bone health and strength programs. We provide structured mentorship, paid monthly clinical education, physician-led in-services, peer mentoring, and protected learning time. What you'll do: - Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients - Develop individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with a highly engaged team of PTs and a PTA - Participate in continuing education and clinical discussions - Help patients return to the activities they love A typical day: 8-12 patients per day depending on schedule (45-minute one-on-one visits), paid documentation time when needed, access to specialty equipment and technology, and patients who are motivated to return to sports, work, and active lifestyles.
