Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist | North Santa Rosa Physical Therapy | Santa Rosa, CA | Full-Time We are seeking a compassionate and motivated full-time Staff Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care, eager to grow clinically, and enjoys working in a team-centered environment. All experience levels are welcome. Compensation: $48.00-$60.00 per hour. Full-time and part-time schedules available. About the clinic North Santa Rosa PT was founded more than 25 years ago. Our specialty areas include spinal care, headaches and TMD, chronic pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, and vestibular and balance disorders. We use a variety of treatment methods, including Robin McKenzie, Mariano Rocabado, David Butler and the Neuro Orthopaedic Institute (NOI), Peter Edgelow, and Michael Moore. We serve patients of all ages in a 3,700 sq ft facility with up-to-date gym equipment, including weight machines, gym balls, and rollers. Responsibilities: - Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions - Provide one-on-one patient care focused on functional outcomes - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and payer requirements - Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes - Participate in staff meetings, clinical education, and community outreach as needed Who we're looking for: someone with a passion for the art and science of physical therapy, a willingness to learn and share ideas, flexibility and resilience, humility, a supportive attitude toward patients and co-workers, and an understanding that we are both a service and a business.
