What You'll Do:
Patient Care Excellence
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy using manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
Track outcomes and adjust treatments based on patient progress
Educate patients and families on home programs and self-management
Professional Growth:
Collaborate with area physicians and healthcare providers
Participate in continuing education and professional development
Engage in community outreach and health promotion activities
Contribute to clinic improvements and best practices
Team Leadership:
Guide support staff and therapy assistants
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
Mentor new team members and students
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
Current Texas PT license (or ability to obtain before start date)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
We'd Love If You Have:
Clinical experience (but new grads are encouraged to apply!)
EMR experience (we'll train you on our system)
Interest in community involvement and patient education
Entrepreneurial spirit and creative problem-solving skills
